Measure in inches…

- The circumference of your middle finger. The tape should be slightly snug for the most accurate measurement. Round up to the size option closest to you.

- The length of the back of your hand from the based of the middle finger to the start of your wrist. Round up to the size option closest to you.

- The circumference of your wrist.The tape should be slightly snug for the most accurate measurement. Round up to the size option closest to you.

The average adult women hand measurement is a ring size around 2.5 inches, palm length of about 3.75 inches, and a wrist size around 6.75 inches just to give you an idea of what these measurements look like.
